If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward returns and refunds policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. 1. General Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused, and unassembled condition. They should be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Custom-made or personalized furniture
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Gift cards and vouchers
    • Any items marked as “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@varsasonali.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Packaging: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, if available, to prevent damage during return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
  4. Shipping the Return: Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number. Please keep the shipping receipt and tracking number for reference.
  5. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed. If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged, we may reject the return or issue a partial refund.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received and approved. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong or damaged item).
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in damaged condition or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges on eligible items. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@varsasonali.com to request an exchange authorization. You will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. If there is a price difference, we will either issue a refund or charge the difference based on the new item’s price.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at info@varsasonali.com within 5 business days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by providing a replacement, repairing the item, or issuing a refund.

  • Proof of Damage: Please provide photographs of the damaged or defective item, as well as the packaging, to help us assess the issue.
  • No Return Shipping Fees: If your item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you will not be responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process outlined above. If the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

7. International Returns

For international orders, we accept returns under the same conditions as domestic orders, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item.
